The old women are just bitter old hags that run around trying to police guest that comes into Visit someone. The older men seem to be relaxed and just want to live life til it's done.

Lot rent is $965 per mo in 2023. Very nice community, mostly well-kept. Fancy clubhouse, ok pool. But monthly rent just no where near affordable for us, unfortunately.
